One of the biggest differences between ordinary salt and sea salt is the mineral content. Sea salt is rich in minerals such as sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium, which have a great impact on the body skin and cellular communication.
When we have a lack of minerals in the body, we have symptoms such as irritation, dullness, dryness and blotchiness ensue. Starting to use a sea salt into your beauty routine will help you to improve and balance the hydration, slow down aging, strengthen your skin, improve the communication of the cells etc.
